Depends on the theme of the one you attend. What you will leave with, no matter what the theme, is a feeling that you are able to take on life head on, meet the challenge - take on the world, even!
The problems you have experienced or are experiencing, can be faced and sorted out. Some will require more work than others, but the promise made in every Seminar is that Frances will work with you to help.
All of them are spiritual in nature, so you can expect to be hearing from both Jesus and sometimes, God.
Too much to be believeable?
Why. We can all speak to them at any time, many do, or at least try to. Our trouble is that we ask for specific solutions to specific problems, and that may not be the best solution. We all understand that if there is a fire, you want the fire brigade, but maybe the answer would have been to stop the fire happening in the first place!
Spirit, in whatever form, will come up with solutions. You just need to be taught how to be aware of the answer when it comes. Once you know how to do this, you can achieve almost anything!
